Buying my new vehicle went very well and was a very smooth process. Ken took very good care of us and was the reason I brought my business to Golf Mill Chevrolet. He was so kind, professional, and patient with me from start to finish. His communication was great and he was very understanding of some special circumstances we had. We also had the pleasure of working with Yesser and he was also very nice and super helpful. He made sure I understood everything about the car and helped me set everything up before I pulled off of the lot. The car was exactly what I wanted and I was very happy with the service I received. Proud owner of a new Traverse.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. We knew what we wanted going in. We worked with Jeremy. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, worked out a deal, and off I went with my new Suburban.

Service was done on time. Technician explained in detail all the service work that was done. I am very grateful for the curtesy.

We were told to bring our car in on Wednesday at 9:15. After not hearing anything all day long we called about 5:30. We were told that they hadn’t even looked at it and we were third on the list for the next day. So, essentially, we were without our car for a whole day while it sat there not even being looked at! Not a very good way to do business.

Unfortunately, I made an appointment for that Monday at 9am and my truck wasn’t even looked at. Luckily, I was able to pick it up and drive it for my kids sporting events Monday evening (telling the advisor that my vehicle is our only family car.) It was looked at on Tuesday but a part needed to be ordered. Picked it up on Wednesday (which could have been Tuesday if my Traverse was actually looked at on my Monday appointment.) I understand not many mechanics were there but maybe that means the dealership is making too many appointments available.
