    I was not happy with the service I received. I took the car to check it in. the lady flora was the service attended who checked me in I explain to her that my key was stuck in the ignition and I could not get it out. I also wanted the transmission oil changed the engine oil changed and to check the noise coming from the engine. she checked me in then she told me that there was no technician there to fix it that day. that it would be done the next day she would call me. I said ok. next day came and no one got in touch with me. the following day was Sunday and was told it was closed. on Monday I call spoke to flora she told me the technician has not done anything yet and she would call me to give me an update. she never did. on Tuesday I called wanting to speak to flora and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I hanged up and called later and the same thing happen. so, when I got out of work I went there, she was at the counter I asked her what was going on with my car she told me I had to wait because she was taking care of another customer. she took care of that person then she looked at the computer, and the technician had done his report, and it would be done by Thursday. I told her no I wanted my car that I would take it somewhere else. they had it there for 5 days already. she went and had my car brought out. she charged me for an oil change. and she seemed to be very happy about what just occur. the person who brought my car out did not say anything to be such has have a good day. so, I told everyone I know and all my friends at work to never take their car there to get it fix. because of the very bad service I received there. after I told them how I was treated they all agreed that they would not take the car there and that they tell their friends to.

    You guys must’ve been really really busy yesterday morning. I normally get to my appointments 10 to 15 minutes earlier and I did that on Wednesday morning. Your lot was completely filled. Cars were everywhere when I made it to the door. It closed in front of me obviously because there was nowhere to go inside and I waited outside almost 15 minutes once I came into the building Flora came out to greet me and to get her information for my vehicle and asked me if I would kindly go inside and wait. She was the highlight of the entire visit. When my car was ready, she came out to get me. When it was time to pay my bill, she asked me regarding my GM rewards so that I could take a few bucks off my bill. Again, she was the highlight of the entire visit. I’m sure the guys in service did a good job getting me my oil change and I do appreciate that. But even leaving the building there were cars in the way everywhere. I think you need to do a little better on your scheduling.
