I attempted to submit a thoroughly positive recent experience at your dealership but was unable to submit it because at the end you required a user name and password from my prior visit to be sure it was really me. I did not have a prior user name and password to enter and could no longer proceed. I turn 79 in July and feel this technology is over the top. I wish your prior survey I completed but could not submit was as simple as this page is to complete. Very frustrating. All this aside, I was very pleased with your team and fine service. Great location, quality, professional staff, clean facility and very fair pricing. I highly recommend Golf Mill Chevrolet without reservation. Lets tighten up those survey hoops so customers can submit responses without technological pushback. Respectfully, Glenn P
