Charging $200 to replace a fuel filter that literally takes 5 minutes is theft. The old excuse of "the book says" is a joke. If there was a mechanic that took that long to replace that filter, they'd be fired immediately.

I’m extremely disappointed with the maintenance performed on my pickup. While the shop initially claimed the issue was fixed, I’m now dealing with the exact same problem again just two weeks later. For the amount of time and money I invested, I expected the repair to be done correctly the first time — not to be right back where I started after such a short period. This makes it clear the work wasn’t done thoroughly or with long‑term reliability in mind. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of support while my truck was in the shop. When it became obvious the repair would take longer than expected, no loaner vehicle was offered, nor was there any attempt to help me find a solution. Because of that, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental just to keep up with my daily responsibilities. That’s an expense I shouldn’t have had to absorb, especially when the delay was caused by incomplete or ineffective service. Communication throughout the process was also disappointing. Updates were vague, and the explanations I received felt rushed, like the staff didn’t want to take the time to walk me through what was actually happening. When I picked up the truck, it didn’t feel like the inspection had been done with care — and now, with the issue returning so quickly, that’s even more obvious. Overall, the service was sloppy, the communication was poor, and the lack of customer support left me paying extra just to get by while the truck sat in their shop. Now I’m dealing with the same problem all over again, which is unacceptable. I hope the shop seriously reevaluates the quality of their work and how they treat customers who rely on them.

I have been visiting this place for a year or two. In the beginning everything was just so good and quality of the service was great! The service of my last visit was very disappointing, they had to change the oil of the engine, tires rotation, and replace the battery. After that service I did find that plastic case for the battery base is cracked and even the connector to the battery wasn’t cleaned properly, and left with all oxidation on it! On the top of that, the so called mechanic , left the battery dirty top cover inside of my car on the passenger seat without any perception to keep it clean from the seat fabric! I had to finish mechanic’s work, by mounting the battery cover back by myself ! Probably that’s the last time I would visit the place!

The salesperson Diany Garcia was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. She also did a very good job of explaining all of the features on the vehicle. Their pricing ended up being fair and the purchase overall was a good experience.

The staff was kind and professional and got the job done quickly. The workers at the service desk were efficient and got me taken care of right away. I came in for a recall repair. I had scheduled on the phone a week earlier and they did tell me when I got there that they needed to check to see if the part was in stock. Thankfully it was, but I could see how it would be very frustrating if the part was not in stock and this appointment was made ahead of time.

Didn't wait long for my oil change. I had new wipers put on and my sales guy helped me with a rebate I didn't know was available. I appreciate the extra effort.
