Longer than expected wait for my car to be serviced

The mechanics report said that he found codes P0aa6 and p1fff stored in the hpcm2. Per bulletin 21-NA-242 the hpcm2 and becm needed reprogamming at a cost of $650. Please note that very little of this is in English. I asked the assistant service manager, Jonathan, what this meant. Why would anything need to be reprogrammed after 12 years especially since I had been out of town and the car was sitting for a week. What triggered this? All he could do was repeat codes. I checked the internet and found $650 was at the high end. So, if you are going to charge at the high end, I would expect better. Plus at 1:19pm I got an email that the work was completed and they were in the final stages. The final stages took longer than the actual work. I did not get a call that day. The next day I called at 4:30pm (27 hours later). I think the paper work was just sitting on Jonathan's desk all day. Jonathan was off and nobody covered for him. Again, I would expect much better service if you are going to charge me top dollar prices!! Very disappointed.

Sean is the one helping me thru out the entire service. He was very accommodating and answering my questions . Great service

Finished when promised

Came in for oil change, tire rotation, new battery and new wipers. Service manager Sean took great care of keeping me updated while I waited. Sean was polite and patient while answering all my questions.
