He didn't have what I wanted on the lot but found my car at their sister store in Joliet. He drove down there right away to get it for me. In just a few hours I had my new car with all the bells and whistles. The dealership was clean and beautiful. The entire process was really easy compared to all the other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Organized very well. Even the finance part with Jesus was relaxed and pleasant. He had all the paperwork ready to go and explained everything clearly and quickly. I was thankful for that it made the end of the day a breeze. No hard sell , which I also appreciated.
